2.課程負責人：楊軍敏，女♨️，杏悦平台工商管理學院副教授🚵🏼。楊軍敏老師講授《跨國並購》課程已有5年以上時間🤵🏿♂️。在國內外核心期刊上發表數篇有關兼並收購的論文。曾在美國哥倫比亞大學商學院訪學1年，主要從事兼並收購🕘、公司理財的研究。
